This adorable Design is made of 3 layer and 4 tiers on each layer, all 3 layers are trimmed with white flat lace on the bottom of each tier..
DETAILS:
Top of the petticoat is made with bridal satin.
First layer has 3 tiers of white organza and a botom tier of pink organza,
Second layer has a tier of Paper Nylon and a bottom tier of pink organza.
Trird layer same as the first layer...
 
LENGHT available in 16" and 18"
